- 200 g spelt whole wheat flour
- 40 g baking cocoa
- 200 ml skim milk
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 60 g liquid honey
- 10 g baking powder
- 80 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a loaf pan (approx. 23 cm) with baking paper.

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients except the chocolate until a smooth batter forms. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180–190 °C for approx. 45–50 minutes. After baking, let it cool in the pan for about 20 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 9 slices and serve.
Chef's tip
For an extra nutty flavor, you can add 30 g of chopped walnuts to the batter.
