  • 200 g Whole grain Basmati rice
  • 40 g Medjool dates
  • 40 g Almond flakes
  • 5 g Ground cinnamon
  • 15 g Liquid honey

First, prepare the dough. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and all ingredients are finely chopped.

Form 10 balls from the finished dough. Serve the finished balls immediately or store them in an airtight container, where they will keep for 4–5 days.

Chef's tip

If you have more time, mix all ingredients without the almond flakes. Form balls from the dough and then roll them in the finely chopped almond flakes.
