First, prepare three glasses (approx. 250 ml capacity) in which the oatmeal will be layered later.

Put the rolled oats, a pinch of salt, and half of the cocoa (5 g) into a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Then add the honey, 150 ml almond milk, 150 ml water, 10 ml espresso, natural yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract. Stir everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Distribute the mixture evenly among the prepared glasses. Cover them and let them soak overnight (or for at least 6 hours) in the refrigerator.

Chef's tip

For an extra protein-rich version, you can replace part of the water with more yogurt or quark.

The oats stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
