Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Unroll the puff pastry and cut it lengthwise into strips about 1 cm wide.

Pat the Vienna sausages dry. Wrap the dough strips around the sausages like bandages, leaving some space free at the top for the eyes.
