Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Line a baking sheet (approx. 30 x 40 cm) with baking paper.

For the dough, mix oat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, melted butter, milk, baking powder, ground walnuts, and the egg in a large bowl to form a rather liquid dough. If the dough is too firm, add another splash of milk.

Using a spoon, place 14 circles (approx. 7 cm Ø) onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 17–18 minutes. Then let cool completely (approx. 40 minutes).
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can replace the quark with soy quark and the honey with maple syrup.
