
Crispy Pan-Fried Vegetables with Sesame

Preparation method
Toast the sesame seeds in a hot wok or large pan without oil until golden brown. Once lightly browned, remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in the wok. Briefly sauté the finely diced garlic and grated ginger. Add the green beans and stir-fry until almost tender. Then add the mung bean sprouts and the red bell pepper cut into strips, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the vegetables with the toasted sesame seeds.
Chef's tip
Serve the vegetables over a bed of steamed jasmine rice or with egg noodles for a complete meal.
Tip: Add two tablespoons of water while stir-frying the beans to help them cook faster and become nicely tender.
