Dieses schnelle und gesunde asiatische Pfannengemüse ist in nur 20 Minuten fertig. Knackige grüne Bohnen, süße Paprika und frische Mungobohnenkeimlinge werden in einer aromatischen Teriyaki-Sauce geschwenkt und mit frisch geröstetem Sesam verfeinert. Ein perfektes leichtes Abendessen oder eine tolle Beilage!

Preparation method

Toast the sesame seeds in a hot wok or a large pan without fat until golden brown. As soon as they are lightly browned, remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in the wok. Briefly sauté the finely diced garlic and grated ginger. Add the green beans and stir-fry until they are almost cooked. Then add the mung bean sprouts and the red bell pepper cut into strips and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the vegetables with the toasted sesame seeds.

Chef's tip

Serve the vegetables on a bed of steamed jasmine rice or with egg noodles for a complete meal.

Tip: Add two tablespoons of water while frying the beans so they cook faster and become nice and tender.
