Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 200g arugula
  • 2 balls mozzarella
  • 30g walnuts
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

    Wash and drain the arugula. Drain the mozzarella. Wash the peaches, halve them, and remove the pits.

    Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan without oil. Place the peaches on the grill or prepare them in a grill pan on the stove. They are ready once they are slightly soft and have nice grill marks.

    For the dressing, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Squeeze the lime with a citrus press and add the juice to the dressing. Stir everything and season again with salt and pepper.

    Arrange arugula, grilled peaches, and walnuts on a large plate or in a salad bowl. Tear the mozzarella and add it to the salad. Drizzle with the dressing or serve it on the side so everyone can determine the amount of dressing themselves.
