Yogurt Sauce Preparation

Mix yogurt with honey, lemon juice, and quark. Wash the peaches. Cut one peach into wedges, the other peach into small pieces. Wash the strawberries and also cut them into small cubes. Stir half of the strawberry pieces with the peach pieces into the yogurt sauce.
Crêpes Preparation

Whisk flour, egg, milk, and sugar and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Preheat a crêpe iron or crêpe maker to a medium setting and bake the crêpes in hot butter. Spread the yogurt sauce on top and garnish with the remaining strawberry pieces.
Chef's tip
The more resting time you allow your crêpe batter, the better the flour can swell, and the better your crêpe batter will turn out.
