Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 80 g feta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful fresh chives
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 g broccoli (florets)
- 50 g frozen peas
- 2 spring onions
Preparation
- 1Whisk eggs in a bowl with cream, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
- 2Heat oil in an oven-safe pan and briefly sauté the chopped vegetables.
- 3Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let it set over low heat for approx. 3–4 minutes.
- 4Sprinkle the surface with crumbled feta.
- 5Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for 8–10 minutes until the surface is firm.
