Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200–205 °C. Prepare an oven-safe skillet with a diameter of at least 27 cm.

Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Core the bell pepper and also cut into fine strips. Cut the chicken breast ham into thin strips. Peel the potato and grate it coarsely. Crumble the Balkan cheese finely.

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the bell pepper, ham, onion, and grated potato. Sauté everything together for about 4–5 minutes over medium heat. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add the baby spinach, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
