Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Line a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm) with baking paper.

Halve the zucchini lengthwise and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Finely chop the flesh and set aside. Lightly salt the hollowed-out zucchini and also set aside.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat with the chopped zucchini flesh, finely grated garlic, tomato paste, egg, basil, 30 g of the Parmesan, the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano.
