Ingredients

  • 30 g oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • a few drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation

    Place the oats, chia seeds, and all dry ingredients of the chosen variation into a jar. Add yogurt, milk, and the liquid ingredients. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously to mix everything well.

    Cut the fruit (banana or raspberries) into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixture. Stir gently with a long spoon. Seal the jar again and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

    During the resting period, the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid, giving the porridge its typical creamy consistency. If you do not wish to use chia seeds, reduce the amount of milk to approx. 70 ml.

    In the morning, take the jar out of the refrigerator and enjoy the oats cold directly or transfer them to a bowl. Garnish with fresh fruit as desired.

    Raspberry-Vanilla Variation: Add 1 tbsp raspberry jam, 1 handful frozen raspberries, and a few drops of vanilla extract.
  • 6
    Banana-Chocolate Variation: Add 1 tsp baking cocoa, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 banana.
