Melt chocolate (150 g) and butter (70 g) over a water bath and then let cool.

Beat 3 eggs with sugar (150 g) until frothy. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix flour, cocoa, ground nuts, salt, and baking soda and fold in.
