Preheat the oven to 200 °C and lightly grease 6 muffin molds with a little coconut oil.
First, mix the dry ingredients: Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking cocoa into a large bowl to avoid lumps. Then add the chocolate soy drink, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, and salt. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin molds, about 2 cm below the rim. Now for the chocolate secret: Press a piece of vegan chocolate into the center of each muffin, so that it is enclosed by the batter.
Chef's tip
Serve the dessert while still warm, so that the core remains perfectly liquid. A scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream also goes wonderfully with it!
