Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare an oven-safe pan.

Wash the chicken breast and place it in a large bowl. Mix the meat with smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat the pan over high heat and sear the chicken breast for about 3 minutes on each side. Then transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake the meat for 9–10 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: Peel the red onion and cut it into fine rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the cucumber and feta into small cubes, and the romaine lettuce into fine strips. Mix everything in a large bowl.
