Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a loaf pan (approx. 13 cm x 23 cm) with baking paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk all ingredients except the chopped chocolate until a smooth dough forms. Then fold in the chocolate pieces.

Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180–190 °C for approx. 45–50 minutes.
