Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 175g butter
- 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 60g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Prepare the dough
- 1Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a bowl over a water bath. Beat the eggs and egg yolks with sugar in a bowl until frothy. Add the flour and melted chocolate and stir into a smooth batter.
Oven and baking dish
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat or 155°C convection. Grease 6 small soufflé molds and sprinkle with sugar. Fill the molds with the batter and bake on the middle rack for 9-12 minutes.
Catch the right moment
- 1Carefully check if your cakes are done. But only with your fingertips!
- 2When they are done, take them out, grab a spoon, and enjoy hot!
