Ingredients for the drink

  • 300 ml Non-alcoholic beer
  • 50 g Unsalted butter
  • 50 ml Whipping cream 32% fat

For garnishing

  • 1 portion Spray cream
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Preparation

    Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

    In a second saucepan, carefully heat the non-alcoholic beer (do not let it boil).

    Add the melted butter to the warm beer. Then stir in the whipping cream in small amounts until a creamy, homogeneous drink is formed.

    Pour the butterbeer into a heatproof glass or mug. Garnish with a generous dollop of spray cream and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon. Enjoy warm!
Tip
For a particularly autumnal note, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract.
