Ingredients for the drink
- 300 ml Non-alcoholic beer
- 50 g Unsalted butter
- 50 ml Whipping cream 32% fat
For garnishing
- 1 portion Spray cream
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
Preparation
- 1Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2In a second saucepan, carefully heat the non-alcoholic beer (do not let it boil).
- 3Add the melted butter to the warm beer. Then stir in the whipping cream in small amounts until a creamy, homogeneous drink is formed.
- 4Pour the butterbeer into a heatproof glass or mug. Garnish with a generous dollop of spray cream and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon. Enjoy warm!
Tip
For a particularly autumnal note, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract.
