Preparation method
Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
In a second saucepan, gently heat the alcohol-free beer (do not let it boil).
Add the melted butter to the warm beer. Then stir in the whipping cream in small amounts until a creamy, homogeneous drink is formed.
Chef's tip
For a particularly autumnal note, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract.
