Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Prepare a small baking dish (approx. 15 cm x 20 cm) and line it with baking paper.

Place the rolled oats, natural yogurt, liquid honey, eggs, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and coconut oil in a large bowl. Whisk everything together with a whisk until a smooth batter forms. If you want to use chocolate or nuts, chop them roughly and mix them into the batter now.

Wash the apples thoroughly. Grate the apples, including the skin, coarsely directly into the bowl with the batter and carefully fold them in.
