Finely chop garlic, shallot, and ginger and sauté them together with the chili in vegetable oil.

Add the minced meat and sear for approx. 2 minutes. Then add the fish sauce and green beans and fry together for another 3 minutes.

Finally, stir in the mint and two tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can add the mint just before serving so that it retains its full aroma.
