Ingredients
- 40 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 120 ml Ginger Ale
- 1 Lime
- 1 Handful of ice cubes
Preparation
- 1Generously fill a tall glass (or copper mug) with ice cubes.
- 2Pour 40 ml Bourbon Whiskey over the ice.
- 3Top with 120 ml Ginger Ale and stir gently.
- 4Cut the lime into wedges, squeeze one wedge over the drink and use the rest as a garnish. Enjoy immediately, ice-cold.
Tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can use ginger beer instead of ginger ale – this provides a stronger ginger spiciness.
