Preparation method

Fill a tall glass (highball glass) with plenty of ice cubes.

First, pour 150 ml ginger beer into the glass.

Carefully add 40 ml dark rum, so that it ideally settles slightly.

For the perfect 'Stormy' effect, carefully pour the rum over the back of a bar spoon into the glass.
