Preparation method

Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is liquid.

In a separate saucepan, carefully heat the non-alcoholic beer (do not let it boil!).

Add the melted butter to the warm beer. Then add the whipping cream in small amounts, stirring constantly, until a creamy, homogeneous drink is formed.

Chef's tip

For an extra caramel note, you can stir a teaspoon of brown sugar or caramel syrup into the warm beer.
