Preparation method

In a large bowl, combine the beef and pork mince. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, as well as paprika powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands. If the mixture is too dry, a little oil or a splash of water can be added.

Form the meat mixture into patties about 2 cm thick. If desired, a slice of cheese can be placed in the middle and the meat sealed around it (stuffed Pljeskavica).
