Preparation method

Wash the large aubergines and cut them lengthwise into slices about 1 cm thick. Lightly salt the slices and let them "sweat" for about 10 minutes, then pat them dry with kitchen paper. Wash the mini aubergines as well.

Preheat the grill to approx. 250 degrees Celsius (alternatively, use a grill pan). Cut the halloumi cheese into even slices.

Grill the aubergine slices, halloumi, cherry tomatoes, and mini aubergines for about 5 minutes on both sides until they have nice grill marks and are soft or golden brown.
