- 150 g Low-fat quark
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Chives

- 1 pinch Ground black pepper

Peel and finely press the garlic. Wash the chives thoroughly, shake dry, and cut into fine rolls.

In a bowl, stir the low-fat quark with the sour cream until smooth. Fold in the prepared chives and pressed garlic.

Season the dip with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Ideally, let it rest briefly before serving.
Chef's tip
For an extra creamy consistency, you can stir a splash of mineral water into the quark. The dip tastes best if it has rested in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
