In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, 2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 tsp paprika powder, ground coriander, and chili powder to make a marinade.
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water, pat thoroughly dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the wings to the marinade and mix well. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).

For extra crispy skin, dry the wings really well before marinating.
