  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 8 grams fresh flat-leaf parsley

Preparation

    Heat butter in a coated pan. Over medium heat, add the egg-milk mixture to the pan, let it gradually set, flip, and let it set again. Repeat this process until the egg mixture is golden brown and has reached the desired consistency.
