  • 800 g gekochte Kartoffeln
  • 4 hartgekochte Eier
  • 1 Stange Lauch
  • 200 ml Schlagsahne
  • 100 g geriebener Gouda
  • 20 g Butter zum Einfetten
  • 1 TL Salz
  • 1/2 TL gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
  • 1/2 TL edelsüßes Paprikapulver

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with butter.

    Slice the boiled potatoes and eggs. Clean the leek and cut it into rings.

    Layer potatoes, leek, and eggs alternately in the dish. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.

    In a bowl, mix the cream with the paprika powder and pour evenly over the potatoes.

    Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
