- 800 g gekochte Kartoffeln
- 4 hartgekochte Eier
- 1 Stange Lauch
- 200 ml Schlagsahne
- 100 g geriebener Gouda
- 20 g Butter zum Einfetten
- 1 TL Salz
- 1/2 TL gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
- 1/2 TL edelsüßes Paprikapulver
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with butter.
- 2Slice the boiled potatoes and eggs. Clean the leek and cut it into rings.
- 3Layer potatoes, leek, and eggs alternately in the dish. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.
- 4In a bowl, mix the cream with the paprika powder and pour evenly over the potatoes.
- 5Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
