Preparation method
Cut the cheeses (Camembert, Feta, and blue cheese) and the Fuet salami into bite-sized pieces or cubes. Leave the Prosciutto and Chorizo salami in thin slices and artfully roll them up for an appealing presentation.
Distribute the smoked cashews, olives, and orange marmalade into small bowls. These bowls help to keep the board organized and the different flavors separated.
First, strategically place the small bowls on a sufficiently large wooden board. Then, arrange the prepared cheese and sausage specialties around the bowls.
Chef's tip
For optimal flavor, remove the cheese and cold cuts from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to develop best.
