  • 1000 grams Broccoli
  • 200 grams grated Gouda
  • 1 large cup oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

    Wash the broccoli, separate it into individual florets, and cook in salted water with the lid closed for about 4 minutes. Then drain the broccoli and mash it.

    Now add oat flakes, olive oil, grated Gouda, nutmeg, and salt, and mash again.

    Preheat oven to 160 °C top and bottom heat and form small nuggets from the broccoli-cheese mixture. Place these nuggets with sufficient space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake the nuggets for 30 minutes at 160 °C top and bottom heat, then let them cool slightly and enjoy immediately.
