Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Place sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, almonds, walnuts, and shredded coconut in a large bowl. Roughly chop large nuts if necessary. Mix everything well.

Add the coconut oil (if solid, briefly warm it) and ground cinnamon to the nut mixture and mix everything evenly until the nuts are slightly glossy.

Chef's tip

Serve the finished granola with fresh natural yogurt or creamy quark for a protein-rich breakfast.
