Ingredients

  • 40 ml Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
  • 120 ml Ginger Ale soft drink
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 handful ice cubes bag

Preparation

    Generously fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice cubes.

    Pour 40 ml Bulleit Bourbon over the ice.

    Top with 120 ml ginger ale and stir gently.

    Cut the lime into eighths. Squeeze one to two lime wedges over the drink and add them to the glass. Garnish with another lime wedge on the rim and enjoy immediately, ice-cold.
Tip
For an even more intense spiciness, you can use ginger beer instead of ginger ale.
