Preparation method

Generously fill a glass (preferably a highball or Copa glass) with ice cubes.

Pour 40 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin over the ice.

Top up with 120 ml chilled tonic water and stir gently to preserve the carbonation.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense aroma, you can lightly rub the grapefruit slice along the rim of the glass before adding it to the drink.
