Ingredients
- 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
- 160 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 handful ice cubes
Preparation
- 1Generously fill a highball glass (or a tall glass) with ice cubes.
- 2Pour 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey over the ice.
- 3Top up with 160 ml ice-cold sparkling mineral water.
- 4Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and stir gently once, so as not to lose the carbonation. Garnish with a lemon wedge as desired.
Tip
For the perfect highball, both the whiskey and the mineral water should be well pre-chilled. This prevents the ice from melting too quickly and diluting the drink.
