Ingredients

  • 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
  • 160 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Preparation

    Generously fill a highball glass (or a tall glass) with ice cubes.

    Pour 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey over the ice.

    Top up with 160 ml ice-cold sparkling mineral water.

    Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and stir gently once, so as not to lose the carbonation. Garnish with a lemon wedge as desired.
Tip
For the perfect highball, both the whiskey and the mineral water should be well pre-chilled. This prevents the ice from melting too quickly and diluting the drink.
