Preparation method

Generously fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour 4 cl (40 ml) Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum over the ice.

Fill the glass with your preferred tonic water.

Chef's tip

For the best aroma, use an organic orange and cut the peel thinly to get only the essential oils without the bitter white pith.
