- 20 ml elderflower syrup
- 60 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 piece lime
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 handful ice cubes

Generously fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour the Prosecco, elderflower syrup, and sparkling mineral water into the glass.
