Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 mushrooms
- 1/2 small zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp black sesame

Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Unroll puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut into 9 equal pieces.
- 2Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and herbs. Spread the mixture thinly over the puff pastry. Slice tomatoes, mushrooms, and zucchini thinly. Top the puff pastry rectangles with the vegetables.
- 3Whisk the egg and brush the edges of the puff pastry with it. Sprinkle with black sesame. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

- 1The bites are crispy and delicious, both warm and cold.
