Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup Crème Fraîche
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp black sesame

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Unroll puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut into 9 equal pieces.

    Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and herbs. Spread the mixture thinly over the puff pastry. Slice tomatoes, mushrooms, and zucchini thinly. Top the puff pastry rectangles with the vegetables.

    Whisk the egg and brush the edges of the puff pastry with it. Sprinkle with black sesame. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
