Ingredients for Wings & Dip
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation & Grilling
- 1In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, 2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 tsp paprika powder, ground coriander, and chili powder to form a marinade.
- 2Rinse the chicken wings under cold water, pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Add the wings to the marinade and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- 4Preheat the grill to medium heat (approx. 175-200 °C). Grill the wings for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and crispy. Baste regularly with the remaining marinade. Let them rest briefly before serving.
Preparation of the Yogurt Dip
- 1In a bowl, whisk natural yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth. Add 1 pressed garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and 1/2 tsp paprika powder.
- 2Mix everything well and fold in the finely chopped parsley. Let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tip
For extra crispy skin, really pat the wings dry well before marinating.
