Preparation of the Marinade

Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Deseed the chili pepper and red bell pepper and cut them into pieces as well. Quarter the tomato. Put everything together with garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt into a blender and blend to a smooth marinade.

Clean the chicken meat and lightly salt it. Place in a bowl and pour half of the marinade over it. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Set aside the remaining marinade and serve later as a dip.
Potatoes and Grilling

Wash the potatoes, place them in a pot with salted water, and cook until soft. Then drain, halve, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
