Cut the chicken meat into uniform pieces of about 3 cm and lightly salt.

Wash the bell peppers, core them, and cut them into pieces roughly the same size as the meat.

Trim the woody ends from the green asparagus. Cut about one-third of the spears into 3 cm long pieces as well. Set aside the remaining whole asparagus.
