Preparing the chocolate mixture

Mix the butter with half of the sugar in a saucepan and heat until the butter has melted and formed a yellow mixture. Then let it simmer for a minute so that the sugar crystals dissolve almost completely.

Add the chopped dark chocolate to the hot mixture and stir – the chocolate will melt completely from the heat.

Let the finished chocolate mixture cool down and then stir in the espresso.
