Preparation method

Wash the apple thoroughly and finely grate it with the skin. Roughly chop the walnuts.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the grated apple, chopped walnuts, and all other ingredients (oats, yogurt, milk, raisins, and cinnamon).

Cover the mixture and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
