Preparation
- 1Finely dice the onion and slice the garlic thinly. Heat a pan and add the oil. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste and roast briefly. Deglaze with passata and broth, add the rinsed beans, and mix everything well.
