Ein herrlich frischer Nudelsalat, der durch die Kombination aus süßem Honig-Senf-Dressing, herzhaftem Prosciutto und aromatischen Champignons besticht. Preparation method

Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to package directions. Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and hot water until a smooth emulsion forms.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Also cut the prosciutto into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and slice the caps thinly.

Chef's tip

For a vegetarian option, you can omit the prosciutto and use toasted pine nuts or walnuts instead.
