Preparation method
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to package directions. Then drain and rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and hot water until a smooth emulsion forms.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Also cut the prosciutto into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and slice the caps thinly.
Chef's tip
For a vegetarian option, you can omit the prosciutto and use toasted pine nuts or walnuts instead.
