Ingredients

  • 2 pcs of Plaice fillet (approx. 150 g)
  • 2 tbsp of Liquid honey
  • 5 tbsp of Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of Lemon juice
  • 1/2 of Organic lemon
  • 3 of Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of Chili flakes
  • 1/2 of Fresh cayenne chili pepper
  • 1 Handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 Handful of Mustard sprouts (Microgreens)
  • 1 tbsp of Sunflower oil
  • 1 Pinch of Salt

Preparation

    Wash and salt the fish. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, pressed garlic, finely chopped chili pepper, and chili flakes to form a marinade.

    Heat oil in a pan and sear the fish (skin side first).

    Pour the prepared glaze over the fish, add the lemon slices, and fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Then remove the fish from the pan.

    Stir the chopped parsley into the sauce and let it reduce until the glaze reaches a honey-like consistency. This only takes a few minutes.

    Coat the fish with the glaze and serve garnished with fresh mustard sprouts.
