Preheat the oven to 190 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush the baking paper with a little agave syrup or honey where the boats will be placed.

Wash the fresh berries, pat them dry, and distribute them evenly on the brushed areas of the baking paper.

Cut the puff pastry into 9 equally sized rectangles. The rectangles should be about 0.5 cm larger on each side than the berry piles on the baking sheet.

Chef's tip

Serve the boats warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a special taste experience.
