First, prepare three glasses (approx. 250 ml capacity) in which the oats will later be layered or distributed.

Finely chop the dark chocolate and fresh mint leaves. Add both together with the rolled oats, almond milk, water, and honey to a large bowl and stir everything well.

Distribute the mixture evenly among the prepared glasses. Close them and let the oats soak overnight (or for at least 6 hours) in the refrigerator.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
Garnish the oats with a few extra mint leaves and chocolate shavings before serving for the perfect look.
