- 150g Fish (Salmon or Cod)
- 150g Broccoli
- 200g Potatoes
- Milk to taste
- Butter to taste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley as needed
- Oil
Preparation
- 1Brush the fish with oil and parsley and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon).
- 2Boil the broccoli in a pot for 5-10 minutes.
- 3Peel and chop the potatoes. Then boil them in water for 15-20 minutes. Mash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher or potato ricer. Afterwards, add some warm milk until the desired consistency is reached. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 4Serve the fish with potato salad and broccoli. Enjoy your meal!
